Mole report for dermatologist review

A useful dermatology report is concise: what changed, when it changed, what the images show, and why the lesion needs attention.

DermaTrack is a personal screening and documentation tool. It is not a certified medical device and does not provide a medical diagnosis.

Timeline first

DermaTrack reports list scans in chronological order so a clinician can quickly see baseline, latest image, and risk trend.

Images with context

Each report includes dermatoscope photos, body location, patient context when used in clinic mode, and notes captured during follow-up.

Triage wording

The report uses careful screening language. It can recommend faster review, but it does not claim to diagnose melanoma.

Clinic workflow

Clinics can separate patients, record consent, capture repeat images, and print reports for dermatologist or supervising clinician review.
