Mole change tracking with repeatable photos

Mole tracking is most useful when it shows change over time. DermaTrack keeps each lesion's baseline, newer scans, body location, notes, and risk trend together.

DermaTrack is a personal screening and documentation tool. It is not a certified medical device and does not provide a medical diagnosis.

Start with a baseline

A clear baseline photo gives future scans something concrete to compare against. Name the mole, mark the body map location, and capture the first image before there is uncertainty.

Compare like with like

Use similar lighting, angle, distance, and focus for each repeat scan. This reduces false differences caused by capture conditions.

Watch evolution, not one score

A single AI-assisted score is less useful than a timeline. DermaTrack highlights trend, visible changes, and whether a report should be printed for clinician review.

Escalate concerning changes

Rapid growth, new asymmetry, irregular border, multiple colors, bleeding, pain, or an ugly-duckling lesion should be reviewed by a qualified dermatologist.
